This North Coast Brut Rosé opens with bright, fresh berries followed by hints of spices and cream, rounded out by a lovely effervescence and crisp, clean finish. This wine is versatile and food-friendly with a depth of flavor and bright acidity.

PRODUCTION NOTES
The Highway 128 Wine Collection™ is a series of wines created in partnership with respected growers and producers along the historic, scenic wine route. This non-vintage wine is a 84% Pinot Noir, 12% Chardonnay, 4% Pinot Meunier grapes from the coveted North Coast AVA. Made in the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise), time on tirage was 19 months.
