2023 ZGB ROSÉ

TASTING NOTES
With a pale peach hue, this Rosé tantalizes with gentle aromas of fresh fruit and florals, accented by a subtle touch of citrus rind. Designed to be light on the palate, it offers bright flavors of ripe peach, apricot, and mandarin orange. The finish is juicy and clean, leaving a lingering desire for another sip.

PRODUCTION NOTES
This Rosé of ZGB is a blend of Zinfandel, Grenache, and Barbera. These varietals are planted throughout the Coble Ranch vineyard and bring expressions from the gravelly loam and clay loam soil types. The juice is procured via saignée from the three red varietals. Once fermentation was complete, the varietals were aged separately in neutral French oak barrels and blended before bottling.
