Dry rosé, infused with ripe and green apricots, and green almonds, has notes of white and rose florals, flavor of fresh apricot blend to a delicate finish of almonds.
Zinfandel, infused over six months with green, immature walnuts, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla. Aromas of dark spices, and forward flavors of banana bread and dark leather.
Sauvignon Blanc, infused with fresh Meyer lemon and vanilla, this is light and refreshing with aromas of citrus blossoms and white flowers.
Zinfandel, infused with both fresh and dried figs, fig leaves and fresh thyme, is mysterious, and full-bodied, woodsy aromas of dark forest floors and old-time spice markets, rich and complex.
Chardonnay, infused with fresh quince, shows aromas of honeysuckle, burnt orange, honeycomb on toast, and windfall apples. Flavors have a hint of rich apple cider and honey, with a touch of orange.
Dry rosé, infused with navel oranges and rosemary has intense aromas of fresh oranges, tempered by floral notes of white blossoms, fruit-forward with a hint of peppery rosemary at the finish.
